I have studied at the University of California at Berkeley (BA Physics 2018), at the University of Paris-Saclay (MSc Theoretical Physics 2020) and have spent some time at other institutions for research internships and related studies. I am now a third-year PhD student at the Scuola Superiore Meridionale (SSM) in the Modeling and Engineering Risk and Complexity (MERC) program.

I have performed several research projects in the past, notably in Computational Astrophysics and in Bioinformatics. My current research project is titled "Collective decision making in multi-agent systems with applications to human/AI interaction" supervised by profs Michael Richardson, Mario di Bernardo and Mirco Musolesi. A brief description is as follows: The behavioral dynamics of complex human and multiagent activity, including robust and highly context sensitive perceptual-motor coordination and naturalistic decision making, can be modeled and understood using the computational tools of network science, classical mechanics, nonlinear dynamics and statistics. Such social systems models can then be integrated into interactive technologies and human-cyber systems and further refined and adapted using modern artificial intelligence (AI) methods, including supervised machine learning and deep reinforcement learning. The resulting AI and Human-AI systems have applications including assistive robotics, social skills training, motor control and sports training, and tactical and military human-machine teaming.
